At WE CARE, we know that the learning ability of every student is different. As such, to be able to recommend the most suitable tutor, one of our tuition coordinators will contact you within 12 hours of your form submission to understand more about the student and also his or her tuition requirements.

These rates are based on the average quoted rates of tutors over the last 6 months and should only serve as a reference to you. Often, the quoted rate varies accordingly with the tutor’s experience, qualification, location and timetable.

How we work?
At WE CARE, we are transparent about the way we work and feel that it is important that parents or students understand it as well. The way we work can be sum up in 8 easy steps as seen below.
We feel that it is important that our students or parents understand more about how we find suitable tutors.
Step 1: Request a tutor via our online form or our hotline.
Step 2: We will put up your tutor request on our website and invite our tutors to apply.
Step 3: We will shortlist and do a phone interview with candidates whom we think will excel in this assignment. We will always try to recommend tutors who have positive feedbacks from our past clients.
Step 4: You will make the decision on which shortlisted tutor to engage.
Step 5: We will email both the student and the tutor a confirmation email with all the relevant contact and information.
Step 6: First lesson will commence.
Step 7: We contact you after the first lesson to find out if the tutor is suitable. If the tutor is not suitable, we will find a replacement tutor for you.
Step 8: If the tutor is suitable, we will collect the commission that is levied on the tutor from you. There is no matching fee for the student.
Terms and Conditions
1. Commencement of Lesson
There is no free trial lesson nor any contract to complete a fixed number of lessons. The student can terminate the tuition any time and is liable to pay for all lessons provided by the tutor.
2. Commission
In most cases (may not apply to short-term assignments), there is no commission or matching fee levied on the student.
However, 50% commission of the 1st month’s tuition fee is levied on the tutor but collected from the student either via online payment, bank transfer, cheque or cash payment.
Lessons which are postponed during the first 4 weeks will not affect the commission. For example: For a month of 8 lessons, if 1 lesson was cancelled due to any reason (eg. Holiday, medical leave, etc) commission will still be based on 8 lessons and not 7 lessons. Payment is due when the tutor fulfils 50% of the agreed monthly lesson frequency.
3. Payment Obligation
The student shall ensure that it complies with its obligation to make payment to WE CARE Tuition Agency on time when using our service. Payment is due net 7 days upon receiving our email invoice. In cases where payment is late by more than 30 days, a late fee charge of $50 per tutor will be levied and we will commerce legal action against the student to recover all arrears and legal expenses incurred in the recovery of the arrears.
